Mainstage Series at StoneBranch Center for the Arts
Bold Theatre. Intimate Experience.
Our Mainstage Series is the centerpiece of Selah Theatre Project’s roaming season, hosted exclusively at our season sponsor, the StoneBranch Center for the Arts. This series has been reimagined into a full evening of connection, dining, and unapologetic theatre.

BY HEIDI SCHRECK
SYNOPSIS: At 15 years old, Heidi Schreck traveled the country giving speeches about the U.S. Constitution to earn money for college. Years later, she looks back—unraveling how this founding document shaped her life, her body, and the generations of women who came before her.
Part memoir, part civic lesson, and part unflinching examination of America’s promises, What the Constitution Means to Me is a powerful, funny, and deeply human exploration of how the Constitution affects every one of us. With sharp wit and vulnerable storytelling, this play invites audiences to ask: Who was this country built for? Who does it protect? And who fights to be written into its future?
Selah Theatre Project’s intimate production brings you inside the debate chamber—where personal history collides with political reality, and where one woman dares to reimagine America’s most sacred document.
